Leckware is a small software company building web-based tools for real businesses. We started with Rotavio because shift-based teams were drowning in paper rotas, spreadsheets and WhatsApp chains - and built Invoicita for freelancers, sole traders and small companies who want invoicing without the accounting complexity.
We build a small number of products, and we build each one properly. That means sweating the details that make tools a pleasure to use: clear scheduling, one-click approvals and software every member of the team actually understands.

Leckware is a software business, designing and building web-based products for businesses - from Rotavio, our all-in-one workforce management suite for shift-based teams, to Invoicita, our invoicing portal for freelancers and small companies.
We're based in Ireland, and we operate as part of the European Union's single market. It's where we design, build and run everything we make.
We build two products. Rotavio is workforce management for shift-based teams - rotas, time off, tasks, attendance, training and requests, all from one login. Invoicita is an invoicing portal for freelancers, sole traders and small companies - invoices, quotes, recurring invoices, expenses and receipts.
Not yet - we're building it carefully and it will be available soon. When it launches, companies can sign up and be live the same day. In the meantime, Invoicita is available today, and we'd love to hear from you about what you need.
Customer data is stored in the European Union and never leaves it. That goes for all of our products, including Rotavio and Invoicita. We're an EU business, built to be GDPR-compliant from day one, and each customer's data is kept strictly isolated.
